3 Lessons’ Terms and condition


Buying my lessons, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Buying one or more Marco Guglielmi’s lessons you accept the following terms and conditions.

Please read the following information carefully.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they may have changed since your last visit. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time for any reason, which shall be effected by posting of the updated Terms of Service to our Website. Access to the Website, and use of the Services are subject to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy on the Website.

– lessons and other Services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under the age of 18 can use our Services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a Parent. In this case, the Parent is responsible for any and all activities of the Student.


  1. Company – This website is managed by the teacher Marco Guglielmi. Please contact me using the contact page.
  2. Enrolling – acceptance to a language course is at the discretion of the Course Manager. Should an applicant be deemed unsuitable, prospective students can expect an explanation and a full refund of any fees paid.
  3. Pricing – Skype Italian Lessons provides online tuition to Italian language students by Skype or similar app or softwares. Lesson prices can be found on the price-lessons page of my website. The prices of the lessons are the same all over the world and are valid as long as they are on the current website.
  4. Method of payment . All payment are in advance. Specific payment explanation are listed at Payment page.
  5. Before ask for payment, contact the teacher and establish time and dates to have your lessons.
  6. Taking a lesson. The teacher will call you at the appointed time for your lesson. Students should ensure that both they Skype (or similar softwares) are available for contact at the agreed time. The teacher will try to contact you three times. If students are not contactable for the first 20 minutes, they will loose that lesson.
  1. Cancelling an arranged lesson. Students can cancel a pre-arranged lesson up to 24 hours before the start of that lesson. To do this, students must cancel the lesson sending an email or a whatsapp message. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of lesson commencement cannot be re-credited. If your teacher needs to cancel a lesson, you will be contacted at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson and this will be arranged at a later date. In the unlikely event of your lesson being cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, you will be refunded the cost of the lesson in full and you will have an extra bonus.
  2. If Italian teacher is unable to provide lessons at the desired time – In the first instance, students will be offered an alternative time. If this is not acceptable to the student, then they will be offered a chance of a refund within 14 days of original payment. If the refund period has elapsed the teacher is not obliged to provide lessons at the desired time but will work to provide a viable alternative.
  3. To facilitate certain tasks and communication between ourselves and our students, we store some details about enquirers and students electronically. These include contact details, grades obtained on any course and details of email correspondence. However, this is strictly for use by Italian teacher only and details will not be released to third parties. We employ firewall and computer virus protection and take all possible steps to safeguard personal data. Corresponding with Italian lessons skype contact by email is seen as acceptance of our data protection policy. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for the content, procedures or data policies of websites that we may have links with.
  4. Complaints procedure – If you have any complaint about any aspect of the service you receive from Italian teacher, please put your complaint in writing by our contact page. All complaints received in this form are recorded and processed.
  5. Cooling off period : Students may apply for a full refund of any unused lessons within 14 days of payment for those lessons. Students can expect a full refund on any unused lessons without stating a reason for the refund. The refund is normally issued within 14 days of notification by email that the student wishes to refund the lessons and made in the manner of the initial payment. If an initial payment has been made by international bank transfer, then Italian teacher has the right to refund by an alternative method. In the case of a refund by bank transfer, the student will accept any bank charges incurred.
  6. Marco Guglielmi and Italian law –Marco Guglielmi is a professional that resides in Italy and is subject to Italian law. Transacting with Marco Guglielmi is seen as acceptance of the terms and conditions here stated and, should a dispute arise, any proceedings are to be conducted in Italy and are to be subject to Italian law.
